You can either give them access as you assign a page to your site, or you can do it later by scrolling down to the editor section in your control panel and modifying their 'permissions'. simon

You can rename these from your control panel (through the settings link). if you have multiple index.html files for whatever reason (subfolders etc) then maybe you'd name it about - index etc.
